1. Consultation Services
Non-Refundable Services
Astrology consultations, spiritual guidance sessions, and personalized remedies are based on time, expertise, and preparation. Therefore:
- Fees paid for completed consultations are non-refundable.
- Once a consultation session has been conducted, no refund will be issued.
- Personalized reports, remedies, or spiritual recommendations cannot be refunded once delivered.
2. Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
- Please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Requests made within less than 24 hours may not qualify for rescheduling.
Rescheduling
We will make reasonable efforts to provide a new appointment slot based on availability.
3. Jewellery Orders & Purchases
Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The item is unused and in original condition with packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Astrology-based gemstone recommendations once approved
- Used or damaged items caused after delivery
4. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
In case of:
- Failed transactions
- Duplicate payments
- Technical payment errors
Please contact us with payment details. Verified issues will be resolved or refunded accordingly.

Astrological and spiritual services are based on traditional Vedic practices and personal interpretation. Results may vary from person to person.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes related to:

- Health
- Financial growth
- Spiritual practices
Therefore, dissatisfaction based on expected results does not qualify for refunds.
